Why ask the question? If one is a non-theist who does not worship or rejects that particular god, what would the answer matter?

Then what is his plan for the atheist?
you end up with other people who think the same way.....Then what is his plan for the atheist?
it's called.....structured chaos....Every time I hear someone ask about "God's Plan" I have to ask the question:
Why in the world would an all-powerful, all-knowing, all-powerful, all-knowing Deity have to 'plan' a darn thing?
If this Entity wanted something to happen, it would simply be. I think some people try to attribute every occurrence in their live to a 'higher power' rather than accept the idea that every thing is as it should be. It is up to us to decide how we respond to day-to-day life events.
If we all think the same way why would we need someone in charge?you end up with other people who think the same way.....
and with no One in charge
good luck with that
Not going very well then, is it?
So god let's Trump become President - great planI agree there's a long way to go but I also believe we've come a long way from the major world wars. Things that are signs of progress are human rights, unity against racism, the improving of the status of women which is tied up with peace I believe and also things like interfaith and interreligious dialogue.
But ultimately I believe in the goodness of humanity and in the end the good in all people religious or not will prevail and eventually establish a just, peaceful and tolerant world.
Everyone has a part to play in building this world as we are all part of it. God's plan to me is not to convert the world but to bring out the goodness in all people religious or not and there are billions of good people everywhere.
I didn't read @Tumah's comment that way. Seemed to me he was simply pointing out that any number of religions are wrong - simply because they can't all be "right" - so what would be the difference in "God's plans" for ANY of the people who are not following the real God? In other words... why single out atheists?Yes true, and what on earth is the right religion, of course its your religion.
So god let's Trump become President - great plan
It certainly doesn't.Since when was it the role of religion to bring peace to the world? That idea certainly does not come from Judeo/Christian beliefs.
Surely god felt the bernYou think God had a choice? What was his alternative?
It certainly doesn't.
Man has a predisposition.......dominate all thingsIf we all think the same way why would we need someone in charge?
So your saying that religion doesn't have any beliefs in their bringing peace to the world, in fact it has been religion that has caused the most misery on the face of the earth, I don't know what planet your from ?.Correct!
World peace is a secular idea/goal. If someone is to be blamed for it not being attained, then perhaps secularist should look in the mirror.
I suspect....Man, having been given that predisposition....So your saying that religion doesn't have any beliefs in their bringing peace to the world, in fact it has been religion that has caused the most misery on the face of the earth, I don't know what planet your from ?.
Uhhh you might be a bit literal with artfish. Artfish isn't literally an art fish that types. So, I could go on, but that would be pointless. You think God had a choice? What was his alternative?
That's it, peace, which we certainly don't need a god or religion to achieve.I suspect....Man, having been given that predisposition....
set about dominating all things...including his fellowman
by the end of Day Six.....it was obvious
something had to be done
Hence....the garden event (after Day Seven)
but that predisposition was not removed
it needed to remain
as for the grief in this world.....that comes from not seeking
Peace first
Someone is needed...to be in chargeThat's it, peace, which we certainly don't need a god or religion to achieve.
