I could, but maybe it would suffice to say that there is a specific negative spiritual entity associated with the foreskin which needs to be removed and that there are no other such entities associated with other parts of the body.

I hate to isolate quotes from Sikh scripture, but I don't want to derail the thread by posting the entire shabad (available here instead, from page 477 of Sri Guru Granth Sahib). Here's the Sikhi attitude towards circumcision, the words of Kabir Ji:

ਸਕਤਿ ਸਨੇਹੁ ਕਰਿ ਸੁੰਨਤਿ ਕਰੀਐ ਮੈ ਨ ਬਦਉਗਾ ਭਾਈ ॥
सकति सनेहु करि सुंनति करीऐ मै न बदउगा भाई ॥
Sakaṯ sanehu kar sunaṯ karī▫ai mai na baḏ▫ugā bẖā▫ī.
Because of the love of woman, circumcision is done; I don't believe in it, O Siblings of Destiny.

ਜਉ ਰੇ ਖੁਦਾਇ ਮੋਹਿ ਤੁਰਕੁ ਕਰੈਗਾ ਆਪਨ ਹੀ ਕਟਿ ਜਾਈ ॥੨॥
