If I were Bernie....

I bet they'd keep her.
But I think Bernie's best chance is to hook up with Donald.....as VP, that is.
Formidable they'd be.

Why on earth would he do something that dumb? This is exactly the same kind of sectarian nonsense that has plagued the left since the founding of the Socialist Party some one hundred and fifteen years ago. It would almost certainly result in internecine strife within the progressive movement and a wide-ranging GOP victory.

How is it dumb? Bernie is the true Democrat. Hillary is just Reagan in a bad pants suit. She could slide over to the Pubs, the Dems could save themselves a similar meltdown to this Trump fiasco in twenty years, Trump himself could get a reality TV series called "Voting For Dummies", and Ted Cruz could go back to smelling things with his tongue.. Everybody wins.

I don't see him doing it.

The party might go for it if they could get Clinton on board. The consensus now is that Bernie would do better against Trump.

The problem is there is zero chance of Clinton going for the deal. So it would result in meltdown for the party.

California will either create chaos for the democrats, or end it for Bernie.

Abomination!
Reagan was likable, smarter & cuter.

I think that is the point. He would basically be black mailing the DNC into nominating him. He (and the DNC) would realize that if he ran as an independent, the GOP would (almost) certainly take the presidency. It's a power move that'll never happen, but it's fun to think about.

...and a much better dresser...
I still have a theory that Hillary has a major endorsement from a womens pant suit company (or Men's Warehouse, ZING!)

I will see myself out...

They're interests are bought in the first place, their owners would rather have a loser on their side than a winner that is against them.
Trump, at the very least, is part of their little purchasable politics party. He wont outright destroy them like Bernie would.

It's a silly move and not at all interesting when the wellbeing of real people are at stake.
In my opinion, you are being a bit over dramatic regarding this hypothetical. We have been pulling punches, we aren't passed the primaries yet! :D

Debatable.
Of course, there are some groups who'd naturally hate him.....
1) Fervent Democrats (who hate all Pubs)
2) Iranians during the time he sent WMDs to Iraq for that war
3) Fired air traffic controllers.
But in general, he was a likable, humorous, & impressive guy.
Btw, I voted against him both times.

You know the truly funny part? Reagan wouldn't have a prayer at the Republican nomination now. Cruz would definitely class him as a tax and spend liberal. That's what I mean when I say he and Hillary are the same. She's about as liberal and progressive as Thatcher.

Yeah....we see how effective his criticism is.

I don't like the comparison.
Regan & Thatcher.....I could live with this pairing.
Hillary reminds me much more of Richard Everything's Coming Up Milhouse Nixon.
