It depends on the form of Wicca. Wicca is predominantly duotheistic, and since much of their ritual and mythology centers around that God-Goddess dynamic, I would say that throwing that out makes you not Wiccan, but something else instead. However, within Wicca there are strong segments that approach deity as a faceted diamond; there is an underlying unity (monotheism) within the multiplicity (polytheism). True monotheism, though, by and large is not compatible with any type of Paganism. Paganism by definition believes in the existence of many gods, even if it only worships one at a time.

There is a thing called Christian Wicca, not sure if that counts or anything. Just my 2 cents.

I'd call myself a witch and use whatever idea of deity suits me, modifying rituals as needed. There's no law that says you have to label yourself anything or do anything that doesn't feel right for you.

actually pagan is from the latin word paganus meaning country dweller not polytheists. just most pagans tend to be polythists

I am a Wiccan and I am Panentheistic. I believe in one Source/Energy/Deity that flows through and is a part of everything and everyone. I believe that the individual gods and goddesses are Aspects of the Whole. They are manifestations of particular aspects to which we all contribute and all partake of. They are a part of us and we of Them.

So, I don't know exactly what you mean by "inclusive monotheistic" but it is possible to believe in one main form of Divine from which all Deities, and ourselves, are born of.
