Hello, i was wondering. I read in Quran and Hadiths on.

This idea if Muhammad was a liar, then Allah would cut his aorta.
On his death bed he said he could feel his aorta being cut from the poison.

I have sources. What i am curious is. If islam is true, then what would the apologetic argument be against this part?

Quran 69:44-46 Had the Messenger made up something in Our Name, We would have certainly seized him by his right hand, then severed his aorta,)

Hadith sources:

Narrated `Aisha:
The Prophet (ﷺ) in his ailment in which he died, used to say, "O `Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar, and at this time, I feel as if my aorta is being cut from that poison."
Sahih al-Bukhari 4428 - Military Expeditions led by the Prophet (pbuh) (Al-Maghaazi) - كتاب المغازى - Sunnah.com - Sayings and Teachings of Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) Narrated

Anas bin Malik:
A Jewess brought a poisoned sheep to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and he ate of it. She was then brought to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) who asked her about it. She said: I intended to kill you. He said: Allah will not give you control over it ; or he said : over me. They (the Companions) said: Should we not kill her ? He said: No. He (Anas) said: I always found it in the uvula of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
Grade: Sahih
Sunan Abi Dawud 4508 - Types of Blood-Wit (Kitab Al-Diyat) - كتاب الديات - Sunnah.com - Sayings and Teachings of Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم)

Now one counter argument i could think of is. Well it was Allah who was meant to kill him? Now the problem with that argument is, i have read.. i am about in chapter 57 or something in Ibn Kathir Tafsir, and it is often mentioned how God sends people to do his bidding. In fact the counter argument to people who ask "Well why dont God send angels if you are true?" is God usually sends people.

So even then, this is not an unplausable thing.

So i am curious knowing this. Is there any reason why i should believe it? I just am curious to what apologetic idea would be against this is all? Thats mainly why i am asking

Based on the title of the thread, I thought you might be atheist (or some general form of unbeliever), but then I saw this part where you're trying to tie some feeling he had on his death bed to some idea that Allah would "cut his aorta" if he was a liar. So then I purposefully looked for what religion you stated you are in your profile. I was not surprised to find that you are a theist. This is a very theistic type of thought to have. Having crap-all for actual evidence, and yet ploughing ahead as if you have all the cards in your hand. Very theistic indeed. No surprises here.
