Cats and dogs are off my list unless it's the apocalypse or something. Severe necessity. Rabbits aren't bad, but I'm not a huge fan. Ostrich is Ok, Rattlesnake is kinda like clams. And kangaroo is gamey, and almost musky; decent jerky though.
