If Stephen saw G-d, then G-d isn't invisible/hidden?

You misunderstood what I meant. I still don't believe G-d is invisible, yet unseen by us. The angels could see G-d, prophets stated they could see G-d, which means, in my opinion, that while He is not seen by us, making Him invisible (to us), He could be seen. I can't explain any better without sounding mystical, though, what I mean.

I never thought God was invisible. People in the Bible (like Samson's parents) thought they would die if they saw God (They saw the Angel of the Lord), and Moses saw God's "back parts" (whatever that means). That would mean that God is not seen by us but not invisible, either.

Thank you for sharing that with me. I didn't mean to imply Christians did or did not view god this way, just that the op was not clear and could easily be dismissed as such.
Perhaps Cleary quoting the scripture the op was referring to would have helped.

When people saw Jesus, they were seeing G-d. There is no reason that G-d cannot be seen, imo.

Yes, I believe that, too: I do believe that Yeshua stated that He was G-d. But, as a human, He would also have a Human appearance. According to what's written in the books of the Torah, Tanakh, etc, G-d could not be looked at (at least directly) without the person dying. When Moses looked at G-d, he only saw his "back parts".
I suppose Yeshua gave us a chance to actually speak to God face to face, with those of us who believe Yeshua was God.

Religion really makes principles ridiculous. None can see a principle, it can only be demonstrated. Love is invisible, yet God is Love. Non resistance is a principle, it can only be demonstrated. Jesus of the Bible demonstrated Love and non resistance. Principles he demonstrated as God.
Humans all over the world demonstrate those principles daily under the guise of different religious labels and NO labels at all yet, only Jesus of the Bible is THEEE Son of God?

Wake up and smell the words written in the colorful Near Eastern Semitic culture. Which by the way was Never Ever written to western Americans or Europeans. The Bible is an Oriental Book so it must be understood from Oriental Thought not Greco/Roman/ English thought'
