I don't know about "should." The goal, is, of course, 0%, but in my experience, just about everyone I've met has taken themselves there.

I have no idea... I'm not the judge but one thing for sure, I am positive that last Sunday there are about 1/2 dozen people I know that they are going there for sure. I just concentrate on populating Heaven.

why is hell a place? when two people can share the same space and one be blissful and the other in a state of chaos?

is hell/heaven a state of mind? a will? attitude? or is it an actual place that i can visit without suffering.

I don't believe God grades on a scale. So it isn't as though He is going to send the bottom 10%. It is actually pass fail. As far as I can tell the person who wishes to avoid Hell must be without sin.
