If Trump is elected, could he be impeached on day one for the crimes he has be charged with?

Jack Smith has just released a huge 165 page document full of evidence about the allegations concerning Trump's effort to overturn the election.

Do you think this evidence, or other evidence that has been reveal through different court proceedings, be enough to bring impeachment against Donald Trump? I realize that this will all depend on who gets elected to the new Congress, but certainly impeachments have been brought based on less evidence of less serious matters.

What do you think?

As little as impeachment means these days of our current house is this really even a question? :(

I think we should be careful when and how we use the n-word.

Try making a list of things you thought would never happen in the last few years that did happen.
Things I thought wouldn't have happened in the last few years.....
- Armageddon.
- Fiscally conservative administration.
- A re-boot of Breaking Bad.
- Trump becoming a Libertarian.

Haven't happened yet.

not on the first day, there are not yet enough Congress critters to ignore precedent that much.
However in the case of a Trump 47 I would not bet against it happening at some later date.

I mean it's already been demonstrated that you don't need evidence to bring impeachment against a sitting President.
But also, no, there isn't enough evidence to have the slightest chance of removal from office.

Impeachment may remove him from office, but indictment may prevent him from reaching office. Imagine the political chaos if Trump wins the election but gets sentenced to prison before he officially takes office.
(Unlikely to happen, but legally possible. He doesn't have immunity until he's sworn in.)
