I am not offended, I am not angry, I like you today just as much as I always have.
But I think it is important that people understand that come January 2025 either Donald Trump or Joe Biden will be President of the United States. It is very important that we realize and deal with that reality.

I think its important that people understand both are old, their mentality is fading. A lot can happen before January 2025.
Wonderful, then we can both express our opinions and neither of us needs to feel insulted or take it personally.

I don't take it personally. When someone starts a thread about what if Biden or Trump drop out/leaves the race, with the question of 'who do you think could replace them?.

I think its pointless and maybe even a little rude to respond with no intention or desire to even offer an answer to the OPs question.

It was brought to my attention the thought that Biden and Trump will be kept in the best possible health so that when elected, due to their declining mental health, they will end up being a puppet for for those in power.

Why else would two people with noticeably declining mental facilities be the only ones the American people have to choose from.
