If Trump Wins the Election, Will He Be Able to Serve?

The court cases that he had when he wasn't president visibly stressed him.
He managed to delay 3 of the four cases and the sentencing for one of them until after the election.

Will he be able to handle BOTH the stress from serving as President AND the stresses from his pending sentencing and court cases? Will the stress from the court cases pose a danger to the US with the president so stressed?
Are we going to be stuck with JD Vance acting as president if Trump wins?

If he wins re-election, courts won't be able to touch him for 4 years.
So no stress there.
His work style as President is low stress, ie, no reading, ignoring advisers (unless they fete him).
So no stress there either.
But he has health issues, & is old...really old.
So there's a good chance that Vance will realize his dream of theocratizing USA.

Any Federal cases against him will be dismissed by his Attorney General. No prosecution for those will ever happen.

Then the only way to try him for the (federal) fake electors scheme would be for the House to impeach him? It's too important of an issue to allow it to be dismissed. It's a constitutional issue. It really needs to be settled if we value the Constitution, as he violated his oath of office to uphold the Constitution with the fake electors scheme.

State lawsuits against Trump would continue, for instance in Fulton County, Georgia.
