I expect it wouldn't be much different.
I think this myth of a female utopia that some propagate is rather naïve. I do not believe that one's gender has anything to do with how warlike or peaceful someone is going to be, and find such attempts to be daft.
Women can be ******** on par with that of men, and some women can be bigger ******** than some men. Like my sister vs me.

The same type of overly-confident inept people, who are unaware of their own ignorance and limitations, would be drawn to positions of power, so I doubt there'd be any noticable difference.
Most women I have known are nice to your face but can be vicious behind your back. It is the opposite with most men- if they have a grudge, they will tell you to your face but never say a word behind your back. Of course, there are always men who talk behind your back and women who get things off their chest in your face (which is the way it should be, even if it hurts for a bit).

Christine...you're not a man, you don't know what the boys are saying behind your back! I can tell you from the pov of a relatively progressive guy working in a place that had no female employees until the last 20 years, that a lot of the guys act nice to the women who have been hired, and are very complementary to them; but when there are no women around in the cafeteria, it's like a flicking a switch, and they start going on rants about women not being able to do their jobs...along with the gossip and personal scuttlebut about whether or not they are putting out. Don't kid yourself; guys will stab you in the back too, it's just that women are newer at this game, and still tell too many people, so what they've said goes full-circle.Most women I have known are nice to your face but can be vicious behind your back. Yeah, you're right. I am just assuming here. I only know what men say to me, and they never talk behind the backs of people to me.
But I have heard what some men say about women's looks. My husband sees a beautiful woman and says things like "I wouldn't kick her out of bed". Or he sees an unattractive woman and says some really mean things. He would never say these things to the women's faces. (I have told my husband time and again to keep these statements to himself, that I don't want to hear them, but he can be really insensitive).

Not that I advocate gender discrimination or stereotypes .... BUT .... personally my guess is the world would be incrementally better with women in charge, and certainly no worse. Men are more likely to be psychopaths (the kind who hide it and can achieve leadership positions), they are more likely to be full of testosterone, and as I understand we reach mental maturity at a later age than females. The truth hurts.
Most of the women in charge aren't doing anything all that differently than what the men are doing. But we've never had a woman president, so maybe we ought to try it out to make sure. Just make sure it isn't Sarah Palin, though

Even if women running the did world did improve the world's quality, it would certainly improve things for us men. Imagine having never to produce money, but just spend it, and instead of shopping, you just do whatever you want to do. We're already heading this way anyways. Ever noticed how many women there in college and in every profession? Yah, I'd say may are heading the way of the ol' livestock.
Hey! We're moving toward the beehive mentality, where women take care of everything and the men are drones who are only useful for breeding.
Just institute the Queen, and everything will be perfect. Right?
