wow, I thought I was the only one who had thought about this.
You know Hogwarts? Described in the books, not in the movies?
My mind is similar to that.
See, the difficulty is that there's nothing like it in the 'real' world. It's like describing God. There's nothing like Him/Her, so you have to draw similarities.
Mine is a lot like Hogwarts, with all the fascinating things. And doors tend to lock often and unexpectedly. Just the other day I had a fantastic, interesting thought, and I couldn't remember it. It's very frustrating. Beyond the 'grounds' it turns into something similar to Rivendell, with bits of Lothlorien thrown in.
It's a very interesting place. Though it tends to get cluttered.
I think that people who can visualize their minds are better at things like meditation and calming. If you can picture the floors being swept, everything in its place, it's a lot better than just thinking CALM! and hoping it happens.
