Basically robtes, this "Internet Junkie" has done one of two things.

1)Someone on this board has been infected with a "Broswer viewer" component. The IJ dude used the victim's history to view what web sites they have visited, and finds the forum ones great places to promote his website.

2)(Less extreme)Stumbled upon the board through a random web search, and thought it was good to promote the site that way.

How about simply I posted a link to RF on his forum, in which he is doing the same at mine.
