Well, I had really nothing I was interested in (I had cancer in intestines, and decided to accept to die). So, I went to bed, and did absolute nothing (no food, no water even)
1) Within 2 minutes I discovered I was interested in breathing
2) After 12 days the cancer was gone
3) Then I thought, well if I am cured, I better start eating, and drinking. There might be a purpose that I didn't die.
So, I discovered 3 things, that I am still a little interested in: a)not dying + b)breathing + c)eating. Drinking I am not interested in, but I need to do it, or I might die
So, I got already 3 things in life I am interested in. To get more motivation, I just step in bed and do absolutely nothing, exc. breathe, rice and water
