Every social environment is a jungle of social and sexual dynamics; especially workforces where you're in each other's faces all the time.

I'd suggest wasting no more time in hesitation and just go for it; in my experiences, where there's sexual tension, the best solution is to just get it over with. Life is easier and more wholesome that way.
