Feeling sad for you Matt :(.....your addictions and mental illness have plagued you for a long time. I hope you can get the help you need.....and whatever you have done, I hope they understand that you are not a well man.....

I like the part that you said "these broken bones etc. happened not recently, but in the past".... that means, and I am glad to hear, that you did not have other major traumas, seems you are going UP, so your 'heart work' starts to pay off. Just keep going brother, 1 step at a time (that's what I tell myself too:))

"Break a leg" seems to be a weird way of saying "good luck" in English language
So, I wish you all the best, and don't break legs anymore

I once met a man who told me that he was high for 6 months after getting saved. I never believed it was supernatural and assumed he must have had some kind of biochemical reaction. Either that or he was lying. He told me that his high had lasted 6 months before fading. I don't know. Why not?
