I'm hoping the military just tells him no. That this does not constitute a "national emergency" of the kind that the military is charged with addressing. And that the local police do the same. If he wants to deport people he needs to go through the proper channels and obey the proper procedures and use the proper authorities.
There will still be massive abuses, and it will be an international disgrace, but he doesn't get to play Donnie the Dictator with the military. Or with the (corrupt) local police. The latter are bad enough on their own. And the former need to let him know right off that he is not their "boss".
