One of the times I was there, there was an incident whereas a teen in a car with other teens also inside threw a rock through the front of a buggy going the other way, and it killed a baby being held by the mother The Amish won't take things to court, so the Mennonite community often kicks in and does it on their behalf, which they did in this case. At least one of the boys was found guilty of manslaughter.

I used to live not far from there. I'm originally from the Auburn, Butler, Ft. Wayne area. There's a sizable Amish population around Grabill and Harlan.
