Indiana Jones

The Lost One
New Indiana Jones' film is beginning in Melbourne, tomorrow.

I don't think I will be able to see this week.

So don't spoil it for me.....

I probably won't get to see it for a couple of weeks. I am heading out on a Liveaboard to Tortuga on Saturday for a week of diving on the MV Spree, and then I have a Tech Diving conference in Miami right after that. It's a tough life, but someone has to live it!

I've never seen the old Indiana Jones movies, because that was a bit before my time, I think. ;) (I really don't know when they were made) But I think the new one looks interesting, and I might end up seeing it. :D Maybe I can bring my little sister with me. I wonder if she'd want to see it though... I guess I could go by myself. That's always fun.

don't take your little sister to see it. she's not even in high school yet right? i'm not saying don't take her to see it because of violence or anything. kids are exposed to that anywyas, i'm saying it for other reasons.

i've heard good and bad reviews, i'll watch (read the plot summary though)it but trust me, DON'T take your sister to see it.

it's just the wrong message with a certain aspect of the movie. i don't feel like explaining, take the advise or not, your decision but if i had a younger sibling, i wouldn't want them to watch that movie. they can watch something profane, i don't care, they'd be exposed to that stuff at school, but indiana jones is more about putting an idea in.

Hmmm... I guess maybe I'll understand what you mean after I've seen it... I won't take her to see it then. It doesn't seem like something she'd be interested in anyway.

What, is it some sort of "Golden Compass" style outrage?

nah, golden compass isn't as bad. i mean both movies are harmless as in they won't get a kid to behave differently. it's more about a change in belief system.

i'm not really saying this because of christianity. more like political reasons for the futre.

If he's referring to what I think he is (I really don't want to spoil anything), but the climatic scene is nothing new, those legends have been around for decades.
