At this time, in exile, the Jews were scattered everywhere and were exposed to all kinds of cultures and belief systems. Without a center, they almost certainly had to adapt, if even unknowingly, to the influences surrounding them. Babylonian mythology, built atop the now forgotten Sumerian culture, finds its way to leave its mark on the Torah.

Amenhotep IV, and not sure quite which way the influence came, i believe it was his childhood Hebrew friend (paid servant family / descendants of Yoseph ) who redirected his many deities culture to the One creator belief he adopted when he came to power which got him killed ....

Let's at least call him Akhenaten; the name he preferred for himself. I have rather a soft spot in my heart for the man.

In regards to the Egyptians and if they had an effect on Judaism.......
the story of 25,000 Ephrayimites leaving Egypt.... but not taking supplies.......
indicated that the two sons of Joseph / Yosef ....(especially Ephrayim) .. .may have had a
Solomon style harem.......
and a shocking number of descendants...... so some of the tribes of Israel had more of an effect on the
Egyptian world super power than we tend to imagine........

In a way....
the death of the 25,000 Ephrayimites.....
was similar to the events of the Judge Gideon, was shown to go down to a main army of only 300.

The two tribes of Ephrayim and Menasseh were not slaves in Egypt....so many of them would have probably received
an Egyptian style education..... which led to lots of trouble for Moses.......
