And the sad thing is just being arrested is a blow to them. Because the question isn't have you been found guilty, it's have you ever been arrested and charged with a crime.And Krispsy Kreme glaze....which is nearly the same as meth & cocaine.

Amd them their options for employment can start to look like mine, being among the frustrated many who aren't getting hired at a time when people are complaining no one wants to work.
Okay. Yes; getting arrested for bird **** on your car is falling through the cracks.

In Ameristan, you can be accused of a crime,
& have your punishment begin without a trial.
How?
You sit in jail awaiting trial, which can be many
years. Differences between jail & prison exist,
but functionally they're the same. If eventually
you're found not guilty, the years in jail are just
your bad luck. So this gives crooked cops,
prosecutors, & judges great power to abuse
civilians if they want.
