Is creation greater than Allah?

Paul the Apostle says in Hebrews 6:13-16,
For when God made the promise to Abraham, since He could swear an oath by no one greater, He swore by Himself, for people swear an oath by one greater than themselves.

But in Quran 91:1-8, Allah swore by creation,
I swear by the sun, the moon, the sky and the earth...

Does this mean that creation is greater than Allah according to the bible?

Paul is right, in the Old Testament God swore only by Himself, nowhere did He swear by anyone else.

Does it matter?

Swearing "by" anything is a sign of weakness to me. The God of the Bible swearing on himself is an indication of an ego problem. Allah swearing on his creation indicates that he is lying to me. It is akin to a man swearing on his children, and I have seen people lie more often than not when they do that.

I don't know about the verse, but I'd say it's common sense. "God created the heavens and the earth." If creation were god, it would be "creation created the heavens and the earth (itself)."

I'm not sure how the Quran phrases it.

Since all gods and goddesses were created by the universe and not the other way around then it would only make sense that the universe must be greater than any god.

Does the bible at all speak of Allah? or is it the word God that is used? Even i do know of course Allah means God in arabic.
