Hostis humani generis
Sounds more like mysgonistic claims certain groups would make in order to make women feel inferior and need to be subordinate to men. First women are responsible for bringing pain and suffering into the world, then adding the idea of it being a woman causing it in the first place? Pah.
As to the OP, im my Hindu side, I lean towards Shakta Hinduism. Therein, my personal conception of the Supreme is approached from a feminine angle. By this I mean I worship the female conceptions of God, Durga in particular, but also Kali, Lakshmi and Saraswati, and I see the Supreme Shakti (Primordial Cosmic Energy, Empowerment, Ability, that which is Dynamic) as identical to Brahman (the ground of all time, space, energy, matter, etc).
However, I see the Supreme as being totally beyond gender, form, race, and so on. Why would It need such qualities, after all?
Make sense?
