Is God being unfair? (Languages)

But if you look at that scripture and these two:

Luke 11: 17 Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them: “Any kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and a house divided against itself will fall.

James (Jesus' half-brother) 1:
13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:

Do you find a contradiction?
Don't know if there's a contradiction here or not because the message isn't clear. Obviously god created evil because everything that exists is of his doing. And as Isaiah 45:7 tells us, he continues to create evil, "I create evil," not, I created evil." However I don't really know how he imbues mankind with it. Perhaps it's through temptation; perhaps through some other means.

I know most people will not believe it but Jesus said He spoke in parables so most people would NOT understand. Maybe it is the same with using certain languages. Maybe God does not want everyone to understand. Just something to think about.

And ain't that nice. By default of original sin everyone on earth will go to hell unless they do X, Y, and Z. Yet god isn't about to let just everyone in on his little game here. Nope, ya gotta first pass his test, but he ain't handing it out to everyone. Why? Because god is a degenerate deity. Of course, if you have a better explanation for god not giving everyone an equal shot at a Get-Out-Of-Hell card, please share.

And I thought you were going to try...

You mean that if someone creates evil and then destroys evil is not a house divided? And if He creates evil, is it not a temptation even though James said He doesn't tempt people with evil?

Oh Skwim...

I think I'll pray for you tonight.

Hmmm! I think you might be right 1 Corinthians 1:27 suggests that God was choosing the "foolish things of the world" to get (what kind of?) people to believe - so far his plan seems to be working quite well I'd say!

Hmmm! I think you might be right - God just wants the blithering idiots to believe (1 Corinthians 1:21) - so far his plan seems to be working quite well I'd say!
It appears that you have just called all Christians "blithering idiots". RF has a rule against this type of name calling. Perhaps you should reword your post.

Hello, I'm a follower of the Muslim faith. yet I promote skepticism because if a faith is right then you wouldn't have problems questioning it, logically.

Now I have a few simple questions to ask to mostly all the followers of the abrahamic faith.
I wouldn't argue that all the abrahamic faiths state that God is fair.
Why did God deliver his message to be read by generations by using a language that might disappear knowing that translating would cause corruption and losing of the original message?
-
Is God giving privilege for those who practice the language natively knowing that It will be much easier for them to recieve the message than people who would study the language for understanding?

Thanks,
Kinan.

In what language is your scripture written?

Both Hebrew and Greek still exist and we have plenty of documents that help us understand the meaning of the bible in a better way. It is true that some texts can be corrupted but we have tools for research like never before and the means to figure it out. It takes time and effort but people who are really interested won't mind the extra studying and researching. It's very interesting actually.

Certainly not - I was simply paraphrasing part of 1 Corinthians 1:27. But I suppose if there is any truth in how it reads, it is unlikely that my post will be either understood or fail to cause offense, so I have decided to delete the offending phrase altogether.

"to ask to mostly all the followers of the abrahamic faith."
"Why did God deliver his message to be read by generations by" using a language that might disappear"

Please elaborate:
Why not to question to all religions who have a revealed scripture?
Which religion and language one is pointing to, please?

Interestingly enough, the Hebraic language hasn't disappeared so we can always check for corruption.

Word of G-d in the original classical Hebrew scripture revealed on Moses does not exist.
I believe except for Quran which is secure and pristine form revealed on Muhammad by G-d in the original Arabic language in spoken form as well as in the written form does exist, the scripture of other religions in the original language of their founders on whom it was revealed do not exist.
Right, please?

Two reasons. 1. That is the language the people he was addressing understood. And 2. He wasn't writing it to us, he was writing it to them. The Bible, from our perspective, isn't a message to us, it is a message to those people in that time that can be used as an example by us.
"1. That is the language the people he was addressing understood."

That is one good meaningful reason.

Quran
[14:5]
And We have not sent any Messenger except with the language of his people in order that he might make things clear to them. Then Allah lets go astray whom He wills, and guides whom He wills. And He is the Mighty, the Wise.

I wouldn't agree about the Quran.

The 20 Versions of the Qur'an today. (7 are recorded in the Hadith.)

What makes you think that God has one specific “message,” and that God chooses to deliver that message through the Bible? What makes you think that the Bible was designed for “generations to read,” when, for the majority of the length of time, most people were illiterate?

It is just a wrong understanding.
Quran has one version in Arabic all over the world since Muhammad. There are no two versions of Quran in Arabic. One can check it very easily. Please

Regards
No... there are quite a few and there was a purging to eliminate other versions.

I checked before.
