Is God Ignorant?

You are the self of the awareness that is god. In your case, Thief, I would not call god ignorant. The vast majority of cases only show the ignorance of the herd.

I wasn't actually making a statement.
The opening question is rhetorical....intended to incite some thinking.

The topic post was written as it was.... because of so many other threads
here at the forum.

Many participants here make claim one way and another....
as if God owes an answer to them....or at least a sign of proof.

Does it not seem....God chooses to ignore such discussion?

It came up in a discussion....
Seems that some elaboration is in oder.

There are two levels of ignorance.
Simple ignorance...a lack of knowledge, or perspective.
Profound ignorance...choosing to ignore.
Or perhaps there are other possibilities.

Can any of this be said of God?

Anything can be said. . .the question is: is it true?

We have only one written source we can consult. . .and whether it is true or not is a matter of faith, because it cannot be proven.
You either believe it, or you don't.
If you do, it is authoritative and can resolve matters for believers,
but if you don't, it can resolve nothing for the unbeliever.

And that is where it has to be left.
The two groups have no common basis from which to resolve anything about God.

Going back to what Onkara said, I don't wanna be noticed by god. My "holy day," the day I first drew my Gwynnies, May 15, isn't Gwynnie day. It's Hammer day. As in - be ware the hammer of the eye of god - day. When all good nails know to lay down, lest they get hammered. :D

No, ignorance does not exist but as the absence of knowledge or education. God, therefore, could never be what does not exist.

Some of you are trying to skirt the point.

God is either ignoring you....or not.

Which do you think you can affirm?

No, our God is not ignorant like us who refuse to follow his commandments written in the Holy Bible.
