Is it presidential for Hillary to call half the opponent's supporters a "basket of deplorables.

I wish she would not have stooped to even a tiny bit of what Donald dishes out all the time. Joining him, even once, in the cesspit he lives in was to me counterproductive and a mistake.

Let me ask you this why is Hillary having problems with Democrats support. Could their be some bias in the democrats. For example Sexism. I would bet the Democrats have a higher portion of sexist people then the republicans.

From my experiences
Minority groups are very sexist.
Also Minority groups that lived where the Nazi's escaped to tend to be very bigoted.

Minorities are how much of the Democratic party vs the Republican party.

All groups are very sexist. I see no evidence that the left is more sexist than the right. I live deep in red neck white trash country and let me tell you, both sexism and racism run rampant around here.

As for Black Lives Matter, They have a naming problem that is all. People see it as they are saying they are worth more than others a simple also would garner tons of support from both sides. Black Lives also Matter.

I agree, their name is a problem with stupid people. But I am talking specifically about the complaints about violence and racism.

Hilary Clinton went up against a Junior Senator 8 years ago named Barrack Obama and lost. The Clintons are well known and liked in the Democratic party Hillary goes back 22 years in the party.

Hilary Clinton goes up against an independent senator(not a democrat). Is predicted to win big even more experience and more support for the democratic party. If it wasn't for DNC influence she might have lost.

Hilary still has not fully unified the Democratic party.

You can't say its only because she is not an outsider there is something else going on.

My wife is a central american, she and I have many different Spanish friends. I have been to several Spanish countries with her I can tell you Male and Female have certain roles.

I have other reliable encounters with other groups that make up the Democratic party and they also have clear lines for Male and Female roles. White Americans are sexist but I believe that would be equal amounts to both parties.

I'm not claiming she is well liked. I'm saying it is laughable to call her less honest than Trump.

There may be, but not in my experience. Yes, minority groups (some of them) are sexist, but even though they tend to vote democratic, they are still a minority in the party. Most democrats are still white, the second largest demographic racially is black and they are not a whole lot more sexist than the rest of us (contrary to what rap music would have you think). Asians and Hispanics make up a small but important part of the party. Add in the fact that women trend democrat over republican and I find it hard to believe there isn't a large disparity between the two parties.

Republicans (especially Trump supporters) tend to be less educated white males. These are the prototypical sexist white male. The fact that Trump is running against a woman has brought them out in droves.

I never mentioned her honesty, I still think you have the numbers wrong for Sexism but I have no poll to support it.

Polling is difficult. It's not like people would admit to it, or even necessarily know consciously that they are.

Hi Underhill,

Polling is difficult. It's not like people would admit to it, or even necessarily know consciously that they are.

Indeed. A big part of the problem is being oblivious to one's own ignorance. Sexists tend to think their limiting and inferior views of women are somehow "natural" or correct, for instance. They don't think they're wrong (if they did, they'd begin to question their thought patterns and behaviors more seriously, and probably cease being a sexist). People in general tend to think they are justified in their views and actions, even villains. The trick is to get beyond one's own clouded vision and wake up to reality as it is.
