Is Jealousy or Cunnilingus more of a sin?

Good morning congregation,

Welcome all to our Saturday Sermon. I see we have a question on Cunnilingus and Jealousy. An odd question to pose but I think we can find our answers in the holy book. Lets begin with a reading from the word of god. I am reading now from Exodus, Chapter 34 and Verse 14. Here our lord is speaking to moses, let us read.

Exodus 34:14 (King James Version) said:
14For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

Now brothers and sisters... lets pick up the New Living Translation version of our holy word. Lets turn to first corinthians and read about love and what love is.

1 Corinthians 13:4 (New Living Translation) said:
Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud 5 or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged.

So we have learned that love is not jealous... but god is. Thus we learn that jealousy is like god or a quality of a god. A faithful follower of god must always strive to be like god and thus must always seek to emulate that?

Hold! Listen I here the outrage and stirrings these things must not be. The monster of the old testament is not our god now... Now we follow Jesus. But Jesus too was like god and some of you may feel he is god. What are the words Jesus spoke? Lets again turn to the bible for the answer. Matthew, Chapter 10 and verse 37. Jesus declares

Matthew 10:37 (King James Version) said:
37He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

So Love is not like god or more accurately charity is not like god...

All love is to go to the god. God is jealous. Based on that then must all who wish to be more like god embrace jealousy? Shall all love their family but not more then they god? Let us again turn to the bible and lets hear what Jesus has to say on the subject. Turn to Luke, Chapter 14 and verse 26.

Luke 14:26 (King James Version) said:
26If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

Congregation... Love is for god. It is a jealous love and there is no room for others. If you are to walk with god you must embrace hatred of all save the one deserving of love. These sinners are petty humans and will have their day before the lord and perhaps they will prove themselves and become worthy of love but Jesus and the Lord make it clear. Love god, and god alone.

Harbor and strive for a jealous love of god. Embrace Jealousy and avoid Cunnilingus.

Which is a greater sin? Jealousy or Cunnilingus? And what does it say about humanity that for perhaps 200,000 of it's years on earth, we would find cunnilingus the greater sin?

If cunnilingus is a sin, I don't want to be holy.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
If cunnilingus is a sin, well, I'm a monkey's uncle.

That entire sentence is improbable on so many different levels...

I'm not sure which is the greater sin, but I know which one brings the greater pleasure.

I think jealousy is more of a sin. But what happens if you are jealous of giving/getting cunnilingus. Does the giver really like it more the the receiver?

Jealously is a personality flaw but not a sin. The Bible says God is jealous. So is God's jealously just a personality defect or a divine sin? I do not think that having some degree of envy is wrong. Is it wrong for me to wish I had started Microsoft or even Starbuck's Coffee houses? Is that jealousy?

Cunnilingus is not a sin unless it is done to someone without their consent. Many other mammals besides humans practice it as part of the sexual bonding and pleasure. Sex requires pleasure or we might not do it.:)

No sexual act is wrong if it is done between consenting adults. It is wrong if done to children or against the will of the other person.

Well, if you don't know exactly the right way to be jeaolus, you don't have to worry about your jaw going numb from 45 minutes of continuous use, so I'd have to say cunnilingus is worse.

Oh time plays a huge factor in this decision. I mean, yeah being jealous is a ****** feeling, but that tired jaw feeling is the pits.

I hate it when that piece of skin that connects the bottom of my tongue to the floor of my mouth gets raw, from rubbing over my bottom teeth. Then again, I'm a team player, so I just keep going until we hit paydirt.

It does speak of jealousy in the Bible but doesn't say anything about cunnilingus, so therefore I feel it is not a sin....;)
The sin would be not have the experience for one's own self......What a loss for humanity.......:D

The people who do not engage in cunnilingus are just jealous.

They demonize it because they're not gettin'/givin' any.
Isn't giving and recieving much more holy than jealousy?

What twisted church would say otherwise?

Oh I LOVE to give it.. mmmh.

I seen similar issues with Homophobes, generally as we all know most of them are homosexuals themselves but cannot express it and it turns into anger against them, could be the same here... Right?

Galatians 5:20 James 3, 14-16 Romans 13;13. 1 Corinthians 12:20 all talk about Jealousy mostly in a bad way. however Hebrews 13;4 says the marriage bed is undefiled. Therefore Jealousy is the greater sin.
