Sorry, the OP question was stupid. I have read that Putin is a theocrat and some people refer to Putin's Russia as a theocracy. RF clearly doesn't agree. Just thought I'd ask and am pleased with the results so far :)

I don't recall having seen the like ever.
On top of this, I recently read that Germany didn't have even one submarine operational of all of theirs. The world is ending for sure. :D

This is one of the cases where I would suggest a divorce. The Russian people and the entire world would probably benefit a lot if church and state were separated, especially in terms of human rights.
