Is science based on circular reasoning?

Science starts its premises taking data that are aligned with nature. At the end of their experiments, they check their result with natural phenomena. If one starts from a point on the circle, one ends at the point.
So science is based on circular reasoning.

Science is about describing natural phenomena, so obviously it's going to be based upon their observation. That doesn't make it circular reasoning.

I agree with Kirran.
What can we observe and test that is not natural....conversely, what is there that is not natural that can be tested or observed?

'natural"

Please illustrate one's point.
We observe sun shining in the sky. It obviously is a natural object. Isn't it? Please
