How ever many, the acts brought to the police are far fewer than the accusations. It is scary that it just takes an accusation to destroy a person's life. Compounding that, as @Underhill said is that there is no bright line of what constitutes sexual harassment. It seems that just about anything can qualify. Maybe the Muslims are on to something by keeping the sexes completely separated.
As bad as things can get here, I'd never swap it for what goes on in Islamic theocracies.
Do you have her actual complaint, or just Douglas's characterization of the complaint?
It's a pretty common tactic for an accused person to portray their accuser's complaint as making a mountain out of a molehill. Why would you take Douglas at his word without hearing the other side?
And why did you leave out the part where Douglas says that this woman is accusing him of masturbating in front of her and blackballing her from working in Hollywood?
So a boss masturbating in front of their - apparently non-consenting - employee doesn't count as "real harassment?"
How many of your employees have you masturbated in front of?
Regarding the accusation of his "colorful language", I'm assuming both are accurate.
It's a pretty common tactic to presume the accused's guilt.
You should read the thread to see which issues have already been addressed.

Do you think it's honest to portray an allegation of real sexual harrassment and real reprisals as a complaint about profanity just because - according to the accused - the complaint mentions lewd language?
Was this supposed to be relevant?

Not much to go on if we don't know what 'language' was used? Which is why you should focus on the masturbation part. No language necessary.

I like your use of the word "documentary" in cases where I'd use "pornography".Can't I just post links to documentaries on the subject here in this thread?
