Well seems the problem was putting the inverted pentacle on my altar. Carrying it as a pendant actually gives me a nice sensation of protection, strength, of being bad ***, and "fixed to the ground" (!) or being heavier. Did any of you notice the same?
Actually the times I've tried putting the upright pentacle on my altar, it had a bad effect too; I had no dreams, unlike the supposed effect of facilitating astral travel I've read about.
Also the supposed evil entity that lurks on me has to do with my fear of darkness, taught by my grandmother when I was very small. Subconscious trash I'm still working to get rid of. Basically a fear of invisible enemies.
