An even better question might be, What do you think of Kim Kardasian's new hairstyle? :D
In darts that's bullseye... To add to the surreal truth of your statement chris jenner the matriarch started a church. You nailed how most of the debates including YEC and intelligent design read out for me. "I believe Kim's hair is godly because its in the bible!" " I do not believe it's godly God does not exist ""I am agnostic to whether her hair is godly or not the evidence is uncertain".

Trees make more sense to me most of the time. Except when certain posts toss bullseyes.

Wow! Beautiful post! I rated it a winner because it is so wise, righteous, and kicks so much a**!

When you die, please may your spirit visit me, okay, because you are an ArchAngel! :innocent:

You are a Saint and Prophet like John the Baptist and Mary Magdalene!:babyangel:

You are so righteous, Godlike, and loveable to say such a thing! :glomp:

Promise me you will wear a seat belt, helmet, and bullet proof vest at all times. Id hate to lose you.:praying:

I shall dance at your "wedding feast of the lamb" your banquet with Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary! :dancers:

We shall drink Hebrew Veeno, in the mansions above, with King Solomon's merry men, and bashful Virgin concubines!:dancer:

Cherish every breath and heartbeat, for thou art a righteous man!:sunglasses:

I like most of the people I meet and get to know here. But the country has been headed downwards in over a dozen key indicators since at least the days of Reagan.

I think you could make a case nowadays that we have become a two tier society, with a top 10% of the population, and a bottom 90% --- much like a third world nation. Everything from the standard of living to life expectancy, medical treatment, and economic opportunity varies significantly depending on which tier you are born into these days.

The country has so much potential, but it's no longer living up to that potential for most of the people.
Greed is making all our decisions, now, and greed is not a motive that inspires good decision-making.

I don't watch Fox news, neither did i vote for Trump.

Trump is getting bashed and criticized by the media or his own party almost non-stop.

He's also a chronic joke for comedians or cartoon artists.

America won't let him go unchecked.
I didn't say you did watch Fox or vote for Trump

'YOU' can be singular or plural, the YOU I meant was the US

Im not american so an watching from the sidelines. It looks to be in a mess and getting messier.

There is a saying in the the UK, when America sneezes the rest of the world catches a cold. Current US politics is a megga sneeze.

Another is what America does Britain follows five years later. I think Britain is catching up to be only months behind the madness.

At last, in a couple of years you can take democratic steps to correct the mess (assuming suitable candidate)

The European Union should include China, Japan, and all of Asia and be renamed, "the Eurasian Union", and have its own Eurasian military and Emperor!

That would be friggin epic! :D

That's basically Russia's long term strategic goal.

What makes you think it would be "epic"? It sounds frankly terrifying to me.

Forgive my ignorance since I am not American, but for practically my entire life I have been hearing about the failing, backwards education system in America. So now I'm intensely curious, just how does America educate its citizens and how is it backwards?

American Education is a gripe of mine. First off, I am not sold on other nations being better. American colleges are some of the most desirable in the world. Second and most importantly American education is locally governed. Being that it is locally governed, it varies state to state. The best states are highly competitive with the rest of the world. The worst states are embarrassing to the nation. On average we rate slightly behind the G7. There was a push for a national guidance of education standards but the public was not behind it and now Trumps presidency does not support it.

We just had a very suitable president, and he was powerless to correct the problems because the problems are systemic. And the problem isn't that we elected an idiot to high office this time. The problem is that we DIDN'T elect him. He did not receive the most citizen's votes in the election. In fact, he didn't receive ANY citizen's votes at all. No president does. He was appointed by an "electoral college" that can, did, and in some cases must ignore the popular vote. A broken, bribery-ridden, highly corrupted electoral system appointed Donald Trump to the office of president. And the people who have corrupted it have no intention of correcting what they've done. And now we have very little possibility of getting rid of him, them, or their corruption. So we're basically screwed. We've let this corruption fester for too long, and now it's very likely become 'terminal'. So you Europeans better find some way of not following us into the abyss. We are not a role model for anything but blind greed and willful ignorance, these days. And for how NOT to run a government.

I find Americastan a great place to live.

Of course it is, and it would be in our best interest to ensure that it remains great or becomes greater, thus it makes sense to acknowledge the areas where we're failing, and to take into consideration what those who are surpassing us in those areas are doing differently.

No argument here.

To be fair, the US is unquestionably a world leader in some areas. Military spending and putting people in prison, for example.

I used to cite the elactoral college on another forum whenever an American was griping about British democracy so I know where you are coming from

Unfortunately Britain is so far up the US a** that it followed without question. Much of the rest of Europe is not as America crazy.
