Is there a war on Christianity in America's Left?

Yeah, those who aren't up to speed on what the Bible says might think that.

Sorry, not buying it. God's Word is objective. Unbelievers will be cast into the Lake of Fire (Rev. 21:8). You can count on it.
What reason would you give me for finding you a more credible spokesman for God than the majority of Christian believers that disagree with you?

Way back in the Torah when God called the rebellious a "stiff-necked" people. Or, when Jesus told the Christ-mockers they were of their father the devil (John 8). Many examples. Don't you ever read the Bible?
You are not God nor Jesus, Spartan, and how in any way is name-calling in the name of politics to "love one another" as Jesus told us to do?

Obama had corrupt AG's to cover his rear end, metis.
And if that supposedly was done and was illegal, where is the indictment(s)? Being judge & jury is "bearing false witness", thus to assume guilt is unethical and is anti-Christian.

But if you actually looked it up that was not done while when being part of the Obama administration.

Trying to cover up for that idiot Obama and his corrupt administration is like trying to cover a pile of scat with some leaves.
So, Obama is an "idiot", is he? And for you to say they're "corrupt" whereas there's been no indictments or trial is unethical under any Christian standard so, again, you're using anti-Christian rhetoric.

BTW, what's your educational background?

Rebuking the devil and his minions is also being a Christian.
So, now you know who the devil's "minions" are?

BTW, which denomination do you belong to whereas acting the way you are acting is somehow considered being Christ-like?

It just sounds that way to you. The spiritually bankrupt have always been at war with God and his people.
Here in the USA, that would be the "right".

Didn't they just "elect" Donald Trump?* He epitomizes greed, lust, and deceit. He promised to Wall out the poor and make the rich richer. He beat out a large field of Republican candidates, including Ted "the Christian" Cruz for the Republican nomination. And he won 80% of the evangelical Christian vote in the "election".

With a little help from Putin and Assange he managed to acquire the office of POTUS.

Members of RF often described Trump as a Christian, as though that's what a Christian looks like and believes in.

That's the True War on Christianity. That is mostly an attack from the Right.

*I don't want to derail this thread into a thread about Trump. He's just an example. There're many others.

You "majority" claim is highly questionable.

On the other hand I have 40+ years of in-depth studies plus two degrees in Biblical Theology.

Do you have any formal education in the Bible?

Sir, I don't know how you missed it, but I'm Jewish. I'm NOT wanting Christians to have special treatment. I'm wanting them to have the same treatment as everyone else. Right now in the USA it's Muslims that are getting preferential treatment.
What preferential treatment is it that you think American Muslims are receiving?

Love also speaks the truth. If you don't like what I said go whine to somebody else.

Trump is in office not because he doesn't have warts that many Christians and conservatives have noted and discussed, but because even with all his baggage he was STILL a much better choice for president than that lying, greedy, corrupt, immoral, left-wing, incompetent, cellulite-infested, walking gas bag Hillary Clinton

People ask how evangelicals can call themselves Christians and vote for Trump? However, the real question is how can we call ourselves Christians and vote for Hillary?

Trump didn't replace Christians with a euphemism. What he did was not unusual. What Clinton and Obama did was WEIRD.

Come on you guys. No one wants to say that Muslim extremists killed hundred of Christians on their holiest day of the year. Two democrats went so for as to use euphemisms for Christians, which is far worse than not to mention them at all.
Why is it weird? Many others have said very similar things in the past. And Trump mentioned neither Easter, nor Christians.
Do people have a hard time figuring out that people who are at church celebrating Easter are Christians?
And don't forget that several hotels were bombed as well, full of people who may or may not have been Christians.

No, Trump didn't mention Christians OR Easter.

Why do you think that's a euphemism, especially coming from two people who are also Christians?
Someone else on the thread already demonstrated to you that suggest phrasing is not weird or unusual.

I really don't understand your position.

You are showing that you can't handle the Truth, both politically and religiously, as you are operating out of partisan bigotry and utter ignorance of both what the law and the scriptures say. Jesus did not teach "hate one another", and people who "sow division" is what Paul warned us of. There are Christians and then there are "Christians", so it's up to you which one you really want to be.

BTW, I notice that you didn't answer my question as to which denomination you're in, so why is that, Spartan?

Cellulite-infested? Seriously? Most Christians I know would be ashamed to talk about people the way you and Trump do.

No it isn't.
If you aren't a Roman Catholic, who comprise a rather large majority of Christian believers, then the majority of Christian believers disagree with you about something.

On the other hand I have 40+ years of in-depth studies plus two degrees in Biblical Theology.
Doesn't matter how many years of studying subjective opinions you have. It remains subjective opinions.
Do you have any formal education in the Bible?
12 years of Catholic education, where religion was a core requirement. I do know what Christians believe and teach.

One thing I couldn't help but notice was the non-trinitarian theology of the Original Testament. From Adam to Noah to Moses to Samuel, the Prophets who really knew God never even heard of Jesus or the Triune Nature of God. But, the OT is in the canon.

What's with that?

Congrats on getting useless degrees.
40 years, eh? Looks like you'll be dead soon.
I hope you enjoy the utter absence of an afterlife.
It'll be comforting compared to the drivel you're told to believe.

I'm non-denominational.

Are you a Christian?

Who do you say Jesus is?

You really think that's a rational comparison between the state of the USA when Bush left office and when Obama did?
Seriously?
This country was a disaster when Obama got elected, and most of his tenure was dominated by Republicans who were determined to do as much damage as possible so that they had stuff to blame Obama for.
