Or those ghost clouds in shape of dinosaurs that would dwarf the Empire State Building and give Godzilla a run for his money.
Never seen one, never seen any ghost for that matter so I'd say no.

I'll answer 'No' but not completely impossible. Even human ghosts only linger for a set period and move on to better things. And dinosaurs probably lacked the sophistication to get so emotionally intwined with the physical plane.
