Israel and ISIS

What are your thoughts about the use of nukes ?

Unless there is a major paradigm shift, sometime in the next 20 years or so, one or more of the Islamist death cult factions are going to be nuking a few major cities.

If one of those attacks is against Israel (and I doubt it will be), it will most likely not be successful.
If it is successful, I suspect that Israel will annihilate the source and perhaps retaliate against associated sources.
Other than that - IMHO, Israel will not use nuclear weapons.

OPEC has approx. 50 years.
Not sure what you mean.
If you believe OPEC has another 50 years of power, why? They no longer have any power to RAISE the price of oil to unreasonable levels or cut off any countries for some reason.
Oil may well rise to $100/ barrel again but not because of OPEC's independent actions.

Well yes, religion has been the cause of many wars and conflict, its just a poison on the face of this planet.
I am curious.
As you have कृष्ण; Shri Krishna as your avatar, are you familiar with the the Mahabharata or the Ramayana where the earliest descriptions of Krishna's role in this world are portrayed?
In short (very, very, very short... ;) ), he was promoting war.... No?

Israels cautious military response to the chaotic ensemble of threats arrayed against its borders seems quite practical. Also that the devastating and overwhelming use of force to any attack made against it needs to be absolutely clear.

The generals in Israel appear to regard Iran, Hezbollah and Assad as more important threats than ISIS. So radical Shia religion is more problematic to them than radical Sunni religion. With Jordan and Egypt as relatively moderate Sunni states on its borders that is probably just as well.

Specifically the radical religious threat boils down Jihaddi Salafism on the Sunni side and State sponsored Shia terrorism by Iran. Christians are the victims of the region and the ones being murdered or leaving.
