It certainly comes off that way when you don't provide any supporting evidence that ISIS is receiving funds from Israel.
Which card? It is true: accusing Jews of doing something they haven't just because of their religious affiliation is anti-Semitic slander. There is nothing mysterious about that.

Right. It's like asking why there were no Israeli soldiers at the Charleston Church Shooting a couple weeks ago. I guess Israel supports the Confederacy too.
It's a shame, because it's definitely worth noting because Israel doesn't like Assad, and ISIS doesn't like Assad. In some regard he is correct that Israel has provided forms of support to questionable parties. It's a shame when you trivialize it with a nonsense conspiracy theory.

Probably for the same reason most people are unwilling to admit that American and Israel (as well as plenty Muslim organizations) have caused the death of hundreds of thousands of civilians for no particular aim and with no particular accomplishment. It's uncomfortable. At least Muslims could potentially point to constant instability and lack of education as a cause for Muslim ignorance and arrogance..
