The Abrahamic god is called God with a capital G by its followers. To atheists he's just one of thousands of gods.Atheists are usually wrong. It refers to the Abrahamic God. There is no Abrahamic god. There you go.

Some people do not seem to understand that this lower/upper g "argument" does not nothing more than reveal their bias. The Abrahamic god is called God with a capital G by its followers. To atheists he's just one of thousands of gods.
Out of curiosity...Still wanna know why members here write G-D instead of GOD.
Superstitious I'm sure but what place does superstition have in
belief in G-D.
'er, I mean, GOD.
Why not write J-sus instead of Jesus?
Or A-raham, or L-ke or J-hn or.................................well you know.
Or is that well you kn-w?
One could just write "The Great Spirit"?
About atheists on a religious forum. I dunno.
I would not become a contributing member of a forum dedicated
to atheism.
Out of curiosity...
Why do you write god in all caps?
I sometimes use all caps to lend a mocking stentorian airI normally do not. Just did it for emphasis in this post.
(and to catch who was really paying attention.)
God is a proper name, god can mean ..........................mean..................
??????????????????well any "god" I guess.
Kinda like "Bible". There is the Holy Bible, the Shooter's Bible,
the Plumber's Bible, The King James and a Queen James Bible.
For whatever that drivel was worth. :>)
I'm sure I left out a LOT of Bible's and no disrespect was intended.
One wonders? How many versions of the Christian Bible are there?
A bunch. Go here:List of English Bible translations - Wikipedia
I sometimes use all caps to lend a mocking stentorian air
to a word, eg, when people claim to have "THE TRUTH".
Doesn't it simply drip with sarcasm?
Usually, I use that against (those who should know better) with overly certain secular claims.O.M.G. that's awesome! Like those X-tians that claim to be
In the Truth or Of the Truth, or With the Truth excluding every other
denomination from the fruits of the Truth.
Does that thinking suggest Catholics, or Baptists are OUT of the Truth?

I simply explained the correct English. How is this even an issue? You can easily consult a number of readily available sources to confirm.Correct and then not correct. Oh well.
Am I wrong? Can any of you atheists say anything good about Christianity at all?
Agreed! Two things I particularly enjoy about Episcopalian services.Great architecture and music.
