Just so you and the politicians know - I'll vote for whoever I please. And the current options do not please me.

I agree with that.
People think you must be really naive (and they could be right...) if you don't want to vote tactically to keep out the person they want kept out. But I just want to vote for the platform I want. I'll let the weirdies in the mainstream parties (with almost no significant differences between them) do the electoral calculus - I'm not endorsing any crap I don't like.

You know, my parents never voted. I always thought that was odd but I could see their point.
