I'm really surprised at all the junk meat put in my body that my body's been eliminating for the last week.

Welcome, and congrats! I hope you enjoy your time as a vegetarian, and good luck getting over the meat withdrawl!

Stick with it - it soon becomes second nature (but the smell of bacon still makes me question why Im doing it, though

I'm starting to see the benefits of being a vegetarian, and maybe that will motivate me to stick with it. I have more energy, my mind is clearer, and I've lost weight.

I accquired a bunch of vegetables that need to be eaten, but I've been seeing some major benefits, plus some of the things meat does to your body, you'd be surprised.

No need, senedjem. I get the picture.

Our dog started doing that once, when I was a kid -- we had him dewormed.

I don't recall any change in affect or energy level myself, but I've heard a lot of people report such things.

Well I feel more energetic, clear minded, and happy too. Is that normal?

First of all, great work!

I think that the effects vary with different people. Some feel better, others worse and some don't see a difference at all. I wonder if maybe those blood diets are accurate. If they are then it would explain this, for instance blood type O benefits from a meat diet. I see a reflection of this idea in the Hindu caste system where the warrior born caste are biologically disposed to needing meat while the Brahmins are better with a vegetarian diet.
