Jesus in Everyone on Earth

Jesus is in everyone on the earth and we can serve Him there in each person we meet. He is in the good and the bad. The believers and the non-believers. Our life is to serve Him. Our meaning is to serve Him. This is our living water.

Does that mean we are self serving? :p

We were created in the "image of God" .....we were created for fellowship with God and for worship to God.
I believe that Jesus/God does not abide in each person. We all have the same choice to accept or reject Him. Good and Evil cannot dwell in the same temple and we, our bodies is the temple. We have to make our bodies a living sacrifice holy and acceptable.
A house divided cannot stand, so therefore I have to disagree that God is in each person.....Good and bad cannot dwell together, there is no in between....
Do you think good dwells in a child molester, maybe at one time, but apparently there was a battle and the bad overpowered the good.
I don't mean to offend the Op but I can't agree with the premise.....

No offence taken. I welcome your opinion. What you are talking of here is people accepting God and deciding with their free will to follow His voice. These people who accept God and serve Him become God's instruments as God resides in their hearts.

What I am talking about in my post is not this. I am not saying that everyone has God in their hearts in the sence of obediance. As we can see from people's actions many are disobeying God.

What I am saying is that God is in everyone telling directing people to His will. If He is obeyed or not it is up to the individual.

God is love. Thus when our actions are to be for love or the caring of another human we do our actions to and for love. Love is the meaning and the object. Jesus is Love in our earthly realm. Jesus is God come into our world. We can now do things straight to Jesus. Jesus is in everyone even the bad and disobediant. This is not saying that they are obeying God. It is saying that God is there and we can serve Him in everyone even the bad and unbelieving.

Jesus is the light of the world so that man can make their actions true. With Jesus we can serve the light and do things straight to Him thus leaving the darkness and walking in the light.

He is in our world now in everyone and we can do things for Him there.

It would be perfect to me if not for the last three sentences. But interesting idea anyways.

Why do you not like the last three sentences? Jesus is Love, so is not serving Love good? Is not serving Love our life?
Yes, Jesus can surely bring a great love into you heart.
You as a Christian can "see" Jesus in other (non - Christians). It is still their decision to believe and accept or not. That is why, as christians, we are suppose to love others, regardless!.
But do we ?
Just take a trip true this forum and you will see that we (christians) can be very nasty to non-believers and other christians alike.
Yes, we have the ability to love, but choose to love those that loved us first and keep on to suck up to us!

Oh yes you are so correct. People who call themselves Christian often have very very little love. It is often too "Christians" and churches that are the biggest hindrence for man to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth.

Often it is people of other faiths that have love and thus they are the ones giving God.

God is love. He who has love has God. To all non-Christians, do not let bad attitudes from "Christians" stop you from exploring the diety of Christ.

Have you ever noticed that sometimes you get more compassion, understanding and all around support from a Christian? Sometimes I have had co-workers, neighbors even strangers take time to help in a unfortunate situation and watched people that I know and claim to be Christian that can't give you a minute of their time.
Thank God for the Christians that do possess the qualities of love, forgiveness, understanding, compassion and etc.

I complete agree with you :) and the very reason you are all talking about Christians is why I found myself far away from God for a long time. That's when I realized it wasn't about the religion Christianity, it's about your personal relationship with God. There are a lot of "Christians" that "think" they are doing right by being wrong.

Couldn't agree more. If you want someone to come to true faith in the Lord Jesus Christ keep 'em away from the establishment church.

I bailed 25 years ago and was riduculed by those loving souls. I can honestly say it was the best, Holy Spirit motivated, decision I've ever made. My personal understanding of the gospel and spirituality has grown exponentialy. While nearly all of those who are still loyal to the church are steeped in legalism and dead religious traditions. All the while preening their feathers believing they are on the cutting edge of God's revelations.

Jesus was a human being, just as you are. He was born of human parents as revealed in scritures.
