I don't see Jesus' miracles as outdated as much as they are not much proof of anything. But I don't see that as a problem of Jesus or Christianity, but just miracles generally.
Miracles really don't prove anything. Every religion has them, it really only is proof for people who were there as witnesses, and even then you never know maybe it was done with mirrors.
Jesus real miracle might be the Gospel itself. I mean, who after the Crucifixion would predict that 2000 years later Christianity would be the most numerous and widespread religion, with such a global reach?
