Jesus paid the bill so that we can have our fill

Reread the NT. If you still don't think that, then get a better teacher.
It should mean that, if anything.

The reason being, the sacrifice is what gives you something /redemption. The spirit is already there in jesus adherence. You're misunderstanding scripture. For example, the Apostle Paul baptized people in the spirit, with his hands. Now, how did He do that, if the sacrifice is what allowed the action of the spirit?

To be filled with the Holy Spirit. Obvious if you know anything about the New Testament. Obviously, most people responding do not.
If your recruitment slogan's effectiveness depends on your recruitment prospects already having a member's knowledge of your organization, it's not a good recruitmemt slogan.

I saw this phrase on one of those roadside church bill boards today. What does it mean about "our fill"? Our fill of what?
I hope some things can be seen as metaphor.....when they are

and the Carpenter gave instruction.....eat my flesh and drink my blood

surely, we here at the forum have enough understanding to see past the spoken words

The largest Christian denomination on the planet holds that Jesus meant that literally.

and when I questioned a catholic priest about it.....
He insisted the holy mass has that miracle installed

all of the congregation partake.....flesh and blood

so.....I don't practice that religion
(or any other)

Who said anything about a recruitment slogan other than you?

Stay on subject, champ. You can always start another thread if you want to debate recruitment technique.
