Eh... even if that were true, so what? Are people supposed to be right about everything all the time? Everyone is wrong about something we care deeply about. It's only human
The important thing, whether we have correct information or not, is to take that information and do what positively impacts our fellow human beings as much as possible. It's always best to strive for better information so this can be done more effectively, imo, but that shouldn't stop anyone from loving one another. That's a commandment from the bible I can get behind

Well, it depends on what wrong is, for how they are wrong, because sometimes it is not true that other humans are wrong.

There was a time where almost everyone on earth believed in geocentrism. In a few more centuries, the majority of people today will probably be proven wrong about many more things that have been accepted as common knowledge.

People are gullible and often get things wrong. Have you only just realised this?
This is doubly so when some belief is embedded in their culture/religion.

Well, yes. The problem is that in a secular society we just call that politics, ideology and worldviews including in some cases for the non-religious.
Yeah, but the numbers believing anything is often not the best criterium for anything being true.

No, but how do that make a person wrong if they believe in some not true? What do you mean by wrong, how do you know it and what is your evidence?
From a previous example cited - how many believed the Earth was the centre of the universe, and since disproved - given that the vast majority of humans probably believed this until evidence came forth to show this was wrong. One example is all that is needed. I can't prove any other such beliefs are wrong but one must have doubts just because so many others believe whatever - because human nature is such as to do so.

Yes, there are, and millions believed in Marduk, Quetzalcoatl, Isis and Odin, as well. Millions believe Muhammad flew to Jerusalem on a winged horse.
Few people are philosophers, scientists, or critical thinkers. Most just go with the flow. Ad pops are not reliable evidence. Religious belief is dictated more by politics than evidence.
1,500 years ago, over 300,000 people believed the earth was the center of our universe.
500 years ago, over 500,000 people believe the earth was flat (and sadly, that number is probably either the same or greater today).
Is it so hard to believe that the beliefs of 2 billion people may be wrong?

People absorb a cultural narrative in childhood. It's installed long before formal thinking skills like reason and logic are learned -- if they're learned at all.
Intellectual rigor applied to the dominant social narrative generates cognitive dissonance. Few people are so dedicated to ontological truth that they'll accept the discomfiture and opprobrium that accompany critical thinking. It's so much easier and rewarding just to go with the flow.

Just way far too lazy I suppose to actually analyze and use critical thinking skills to determine whether something is actually real and what's not.
Just, "They believed it , so do I".

Some people, maybe most, never even develop the critical thinking skills needed to assess reality. Abstract, analytical thinking's not something that was particularly useful during our species' evolution, nor is it today.
