I think he's sweet in a clumsy way. But I'm not sure what it has to do with Judaism? his career is a secular career, it's not supposed to be all Halacha based jokes, music, or acting.

Caladan's point is a good one. I think he's sometimes funny, and occasionally very talented. But that's an evaluation of his comedy, has nothing to do with Judaism.

I haven't liked most of his movies but there are a couple I found funny. I liked him on SNL.
