John Bolton calls for FBI investigation into Gabbard and Gaetz

Trump is selecting his friends.

This reminds me of an incident in college. We played volleyball certain nights of the week and it was informal where any student can play. Naturally there were good athletes and then those who were not very athletic but wanted to play. When teams were selected it was always the best players first and then on down to worst player being picked last. One night a not very athletic girl wanted to be team captain and when teams were being picked she selected her friends, and among the least athletic. This meant one team was stacked with the best players. When we started the games it was an embarrassment, and not the usual equally competitive games. It wasn't fun for anyone.

My point is that when you want to win you need to pick the best. Trump is picking loyal allies and what appears to be those who are among the least qualified, the most corrupt and controversial. Is he doing it for attention, or just totally oblivious of what he's doing? It's amateur hour. A smooth transition? Good luck. It won't be because Biden is slowing things down, it will be because Trump is a blithering idiot, which 49% of voiters understood a week ago.

When it comes to Cabinet level appointments, a lot of them tend to be political appointees, although the bigger worry here is how it will affect the professionals also in government, such as scientists at NASA, NOAA, and many other Federal agencies where you really do need the best, most qualified people to do these jobs. Most Administrations tended to just leave that alone and do all their political wrangling at the top.

But there may be more internal micromanagement which could cause problems.

I don't agree with Bolton's politics, but he is a professional who takes government seriously and important. Trump is treating government like a high school play and selecting the most dramatic characters he can find. I'm not sure if Trump just wants drama with the senate and creating more division among the ranks, or is he really his inept. It could be his mental decline at work here. But where are his advisors? Are they just "yes men"? Where is their concern for a stable and functional government? None of these people can be taken seriously. Rubio is the only nomination that has credibility.

There's two months before Trump is sworn in, and they are off to a massive disaster one week in. I can't see any of this getting better.

Anyone regretting their vote for Trump yet? Where are the forum MAGAs applauding these nominations?

I personally like Gabbard (although I liked her more when she ran in the Democratic primaries four years ago).

It affects the price of tea in China.
No, it doesn't. "The price of tea in China is primarily affected by factors like production costs (including labor and agricultural materials), climate conditions (droughts, extreme temperatures), yield drops, tea variety, processing methods, geographical origin, and market demand; with higher quality, rare teas from specific regions generally commanding higher prices."
what affects the price of tea in china - Google Search Not mention of Magas or Ingushetia related to the price of tea in China whatsoever.

So you admit it wasn't relevant. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/What's_that_got_to_do_with_the...?

But you were the one that brought up Magas, which is the capital of Ingushetia, in your post #11. So you should explain why you brought it up.

Considering that an elitist gang paid someone to kill him in Pennsylvania, and almost did.

It’s funny that these shadowy cabals are so competent they can control the world for generations and have access to the world’s best military hardware and most elite soldiers, but also so incompetent that they don’t use any of it for their single most important mission and instead they need to rely on disturbed loners who aren’t very skilled at using their shop bought rifles.

You've been reading Chinese fake news.

The problem is your pretense that you
know not what is meant by "Maga".

Actually they do. That's why Trump won not only the electorial but the popular vote as well.
Ignorance of facts, & belief in false ones is exactly the reason Trump won handily.
Eating pets, high inflation, the plague of trans women in the wrong lavatory
flashing their junk. Magas are laughably (or is it sadly?) a mix of misled & unaware.

I would say the mislead and unaware ones are the people that lost the election for thinking of things like you had posted right there, thinking its what people are concerned about the most.

To make you aware of what you obviously are unaware of , would be the real and actual priorities , where the economy and the illegal alien invasion are the very top on the leader boards.

You can still sanctimoniously laugh about it all you want. Nobody really cares.

I didn't say those things concerned voters on either side.
But they're examples of Trump's lies that his voters bought.

However I did recently post about meeting 2 friends (Trump
voters) who were most affected by the trans woman issue.

Trump misled voters about inflation.
The "Biden economy" was actually better
than the "Trump economy".

I don't laugh sanctimoniously.
I laugh derisively at your ilk.
Big difference in those big words.
Look'm up. You'll see....or not.

I don't know how it will turn out, but with Trump making these appointments, along with the GOP controlling both houses of Congress and a kooky Supreme Court to boot, we're kind of stuck with it for a while.

I'm reminded of a line in Full Metal Jacket: "It's a huge **** sandwich, and we're all gonna have to take a bite."

There's two months before Trump is sworn in, and they are off to a massive disaster one week in. I can't see any of this getting better.

There may be one or two. It's probably too soon to tell.

If they had used a skilled shooter...they would have been exposed.
They picked a random guy not to raise suspicions.

They picked a random guy not to raise suspicions.

So to avoid getting exposed, the masters of the universe deliberately picked a loser who can't shoot and who then got caught by the cops all so their nemesis would not die and was still able to become the most powerful man in the world and destroy their power with even greater motivation than before?

Hmmm...
