Genesis 3 NIV

God is not physical; what He has to do with walking in the garden or to the cool of the day?

Can one hide from God?

Please elaborate.

You can try to hide form G-D. It doesn't work though.

It says the man was walking not G-D.

Then instead of "he" it should have been "they" as the man and his wife heard the sound and together they were walking.

The pronoun "he" indicates that it relates to G-d.

Later the text says "they hid"; so everything is being done together by man and wife. Further; the pronouns "he" is immediately after "Lord God" so it relates to "Lord God".

Without even checking the bible to see if your translation is right, if it says "he" instead of "He", then I can tell you without doubt that the word "he" isn't referring to G-d. If it was referring to G-d, then the word "he" would have been capitalized in the English translation.

G-D doesn't walk. That is a physical manifestation.
