Is there a corresponding festival for men for the wellbeing and longevity of their wives?

There is none. But as an act of solidarity, many husbands also fast for the well-being of their wives on Karwa Chauth.

Karwa Chauth is popular in Central India. In Western India (Rajasthan), we have a fast-day known as Ub-Chhath in which the women will stand on their feet for the whole day, again for the well-being of their men-folk. Yes, they are allowed to lean against things but are not supposed to sit.

Bihar has its own Chhath festival, where the women fast for one and a half day. That is a really huge festival. Chauth means the forth full moon day and Chhath means the sixth.

It is becoming more of a utilitarian festival where the husband's these days fast for their wives too which is wonderful.
