I remember back before we had the McGriddle here in Canada: I was down in Pennsylvania and went into a McDonald's at breakfast. I looked at the poster and thought "a breakfast sandwich with pancakes instead of bread? Really?!" I get a similar reaction when I see the Double Down.

That has way too many carbs. The new KFC sandwich is Atkins Diet friendly.

LOL, I'd probably try it someday. The Krispy Kreme burger is sinfully good, but I'll never have it again. I tried it one time at the ballpark (not the Cardinals, but the Gateway Grizzlies), just to say I tried it.

Same thing for the Double Down. I'd try it just to say I did.

The double down actually looks pretty delicious. And ingenious. Who wants to eat the bun part anyway? I tend to pick out all the meat and the good stuff and leave the evil bun.
