I'd go for a walk, read a book or two. I wouldn't clean the house. I wouldn't go shopping. I might watch TV if there was something to watch. I'd probably eat.

If I didn't live with my family and I was absolutely sure that the world was going to end tomorrow and no one would believe me if I told them (and I was sure that Jesus was not coming back )... I'd probably go out and try a beer and then invite everyone I knew over to my house for the evening.

Well I try to live by the dictum "Live today as if it's your last, learn today as if you will live forever", so I have had lots of practice living the last day.
As for knowing it to be the last day, I'd spend the time enjoying each moment to the best I can, as I do every day(probably with the local cats if they are not hiding)
